Allowing Access: By granting optimizers.uk full access to your Google Business Profile, you acknowledge and agree that you are satisfied with our services and authorize us to fully optimize your profile on your behalf. You understand that this access is necessary for us to enhance your online presence effectively. For website design and hosting we do not need access to your Google Business Profile. 2. Payment Terms

All payments for our services are processed securely online and managed by gocardless.com By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Please note that we do not charge a setup fee for our services.

3. Refund Policy

You have a period of seven days from the date of your initial payment to request a full refund. After this seven day period, I will assume you wish to proceed, and I will initiate our services. Kindly note that once services have commenced, Full refunds will not be available. This policy is in place to account for the time and resources allocated to your project.

4. Service Cancellation

To cancel your service, you must formally request cancellation via email. Upon cancellation, we will continue with our services till end of month of your payment, you will need to initiate a new payment if you wish to resume services in the future. Pricing may change.
